As an Atlas agent we have the ability to offer a clearly different moving service to a corporation. As an Atlas agent we have the right to “self haul” and “self pack” any shipment that we book. This gives us the ability to assign our own drivers and equipment best suited to a move without the van line making decisions on van assignments or agent packing assignments. We can have the same team pack at origin, load the shipment and drive cross country then deliver and unpack. This is the seamless relocation that makes us famous and has helped fuel atlas’ tremendous growth.

We are able to provide quality moving services on a nationwide basis because we are part of a system that has committed itself to excellence in moving; Atlas Van Lines. We utilize the 480 strategically located offices throughout the country to assist us in servicing the needs of our accounts. These agents serve as our eyes and our ears to assist in planning individual moves. As we coordinate the logistics of each move these agents may provide additional services to our customers in terms of packing, local storage, providing qualified labor for loading or unloading shipments as well as destination services to assist our customers in settling into their new home. Atlas Van Lines and the Atlas agent family are invaluable pieces of our service offering.

Just as in any project a successful move is the result of careful planning and coordination. With this in mind, we have in place a customer dedicated to managing successful relocations time after time. Our staff, utilizing the latest tools and technologies is comprised of highly experienced, extensively trained individuals with and average length of service in excess of 12 years.

Each customer is assigned a single coordinator to handle his or her account. Since moving is such a personal experience we find having a single coordinator assigned to the move makes each individual feel that they are being treated as a VIP. Our customer service people are the point of contact between the customer, the employee making the move and, our operations department. Using our proprietary software each phase of the process; each request made by the customer, each step in surveying, rating and registering the shipment, each decision made by operations is documented and easily accessible for all involved in providing a seamless, smooth relocation.
